Refund policy

You may cancel your order at any time before production of the order starts. If parts or materials have been ordered, a full refund will be issued less amount of parts and materials (including shipping and fees) that have been purchased. If production has started, no refunds will be granted unless approved on a per case basis. As many of our items are customized to each buyer, we generally do not accept returns.  We want to provide excellent customer service to every customer so if you have any issues with your item please contact us at info@beachinchristmas.com and we will do everything that we can to make it right.
